Some women feel more comfortable consulting a female doctor for women's health matters.

The yellow pages of your local phone book (look under 'Medical Practioners' ) can help you because many doctors list their full names.

You could also consult the Northern Rivers Division of General Practice on 66224453, the Tweed Division of General Practice on (02) 66725158 or the Mid North Coast Division of General Practice on (02) 66515774. These services maintain an up to date list of General Practioners in their regions.
