The Far North Coast Centre for Autism

Based in Alstonville, this service assists families from as far afield as Coffs Harbour. They offer a comprehensive and really useful resource library, and run Early Intervention programs for children and also the 'Someone To Turn To' program which links parents to other parents.

They also have twice yearly "behaviour intervention workshops" and diagnostic assessment services.

Parents of Autistic Spectrum Support (PASS)group

P.A.S.S is a group open to everyone looking for support with Autistic Spectrum and meets the first Tuesday of every month at The Lismore Workers Club. They ususally convene two meetings on the same day,
at 10.30 am and at 6.30 pm. For more Information call Susan on (02) 6622 3953

Support Group for parents of a child and/or adolescent with ASD / ASPERGERS

This group offers support, advocacy, and sharing of resources, ideas and information. For further information, guest speaker details, or support to attend, please contact Sue Reynolds, Child & Family Counselling Service on (02) 6670 9400 Mon, Tues or Wed.

Meetings are held on the fourth Tuesday of every month from 12.30pm - 2.30pm at The Kingscliff Community Health Centre in Turnock Street (next to Kingscliff Library)
