Tweed Valley Mental Health Carers Network Inc.
Join us and Make a difference
Families and Friends Promoting Mental Health and Wellbeing
We are all volunteers and work out of an office in Tweed Heads Community Mental Health at Tweed Hospital three days each week - Monday, Wednesday and Friday 10am to 4pm.
We hold two support meetings each month and a general meeting with educational speaker at 9.30am on the final Wednesday of each month.
Members can borrow from a small library of books CDs and DVDs on mental health and caring subjects.
Best of all, people meet mates and families who've been through the ringer of living with mental illness - we
all understand each other. It's a very therapeutic experience.
