There are a number of servcies for children with disabilities on the Mid North Coast.

We provide a service for children and adults with an intellectual disability or developmental delay with moderate to high support needs.
Services available: Community Worker, Behavioural Intervention Consultant, Clinical Psychologist, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech Pathologist.
This team can provide support including both direct intervention and the planning and coordination of services provided to a client and his/her family or carer. Services include assessment, case planning and management, counselling, referral, therapy, family support, early intervention and behaviour management to families, child care services, early intervention, schools and adult support services.

Provides individual teaching programs in developmental skills for any child (0-6 years) with learning difficulties, physical, intellectual or sensory disability and aims to teach parents appropriate methods of home training that will assist each child achieve his/her full potential.
Individual occupational therapy or parent/child therapy is provided, weekly or fortnightly and liaison with Doctors, Specialists, Speech Therapists, Physiotherapists and the Department of Education is also provided.
