Lismore Base Hospital - Coronary Care Services
There is a 4 bed Coronary Care Unit and 4 'step-down' telemetry beds on the acute medical ward.
Telemetry beds are specialised beds which allow the patient to be mobile around the ward while having continuous cardiac monitoring.
Both inpatient and outpatient cardiac rehabilitation programs are available.
Visiting hours are very open, however numbers of people should be kept small as visits are very tiring for ill patients. We encourage patient rest time from 1pm to 3pm.
