NHMRC letters acknowledging requirements met for the reporting period

Annual Reporting to the National Health and Medical Research Council

Every Human Research Ethics Committee (HREC) is required to submit an annual report to the National Health and Medical Research Council (NHMRC) and is subject to meeting the requirements of the National Statement and S95/S95A guidelines (if applicable) during the reporting period. These reports originally covered the financial year period, from July to June. As of 2007 the reporting period changed to a calendar year reporting, which resulted in an interim report being required covering the period July to December 2007.

The NCAHS HREC has been found to meet the above requirements since its inception in 2006 as acknowledged in the following letters from the NHMRC:

NHMRC Letter approving NCAHS HREC annual report for 1 July 2006 to 30 June 2007

NHMRC Letter approving NCAHS HREC annual report for 1 July 2007 to 31 December 2007

NHMRC Confirmation Letter approving NCAHS HREC annual report for 1 July 2007 to 31 December 2007
