The North Coast Area Health Service has a number of trained Prostate Support Nurses who can discuss prostate cancer with you and your family and friends. They are able to explain the diagnosis and treatment phases of your disease process. The nurses are able to provide nursing support and education with you in your home environment.
To contact a Prostate Cancer Support Nurse ring your local Community Health Centre and ask for the Community Nurses.

For any post-surgical sexual dysfunction issues contact Andrology Australia Prostate cancer is now the second most common cancer diagnosed after skin cancer in Australia and, understandably causes a great deal of concern in the community.
