NCAHS Patient Survey Reports
In 2007 NSW Health conducted its first statewide Patient Survey to gain information from patients across NSW about their experiences with health care services.
The survey is one of several strategies being used by NSW Health to gain a complete picture of patient and carer experience in NSW and to aid in NSW health service improvement. Other strategies include patient and carers’ interviews and the MH-CoPES survey of mental health consumers.
