| When | Thursday 23rd October 2008 Registration 1500 hours – start 1600 or 1630 hrs,(dependent on High Tide) meet at the Brunswick Heads Hotel |
| Competition | 300m river swim and 2km beach run. Event start swim - from vehicle bridge to footbridge. Individual Female & Male Team – all female, all male and mixed |
| Cost | $20.00 registration per person |
| Catering | Cafés nearby |
| Trophies | Medals for 1st, 2nd & 3rd out right winners - male and female. |
| Conditions | Current Hospital ID required. Must wear appropriate footwear in run section Registration & fees due by 24th September 2008 |
