To be young at heart.....
.......... Stay Active! Stay Independent!

The campaign was developed by the Stay Active Stay Independent (SASI) project of the North Coast Health Promotion to promote physical activity for residents 55 years and over on the North Coast, NSW.

This campaign was implemented during 2004-2006 it featured active ageing messages aimed at generating 'strength', 'balance', 'coordination' and 'flexibility'. Central to this campaign is the promotion of accessible and affordable physical activity opportunities in the region.

ACTIVITIES
A variety of activities are available in your local area. They range from Tai Chi, aqua aerobics, group exercise, swimming and Lifeball. This campaign particularly promotes everyday activities such as walking, gardening and household chores.
