Community health is located in the Tweed Heads Hospital in Florence Street, Tweed Heads.
As you come in the main entrance to the hospital you will see a big brown building on your left.
We are on the second floor of that building.

Who can use these services?
Services are available to all people living in the Tweed Valley area. Referral for services is not necessary.
There is no charge for Community Health Services with the exception of the hiring of some equipment.
