Maclean Community Health Centre

Community Health services are an integral part of  the rural towns located throughout the Lower Clarence. It is our aim to improve the health and well being of the people living within our communities.

Where are we?

We are located at 21 Union St, Maclean, in the 2 storey building beside Maclean District Hospital
Our hours of service are Monday to Friday 8am - 4.30pm (excluding Public Holidays)

Outreach services are provided at:

ILUKA  -  Iluka Community Health, Cnr Duke and Micalo Streets, phone: (02) 6646 5455,
and
YAMBA  - Treelands Drive Community Centre, Phone: (02) 6640 0123.   

What do we do?

Our services aim to improve the health and well being of the people living in the Lower Clarence.
Maclean Community Health services works in partnership with community service providers throughout the Clarence Valley and North Coast Area Health.

 Who can use these services?

Services are available to all people living in the North Coast Area.
There is no charge for Community Health Services with the exception of the hiring of some equipment.

How can you access our service?

Appointments may be necessary for some services and can be made by contacting the above numbers, or in person at Maclean and Iluka.

Referrals from GPs or other health professionals are sometimes required.
