Where are we?
Lismore Community Health is situated in the Stone & Partners building on the corner of Molesworth and Woodlark Streets (right next to the bridge) at 29 Molesworth Street, Lismore, (02) 6620 2967
There is a Council carpark at the rear of the building overlooking the river.
What do we do?
This is a parent service for a range of Community Health services in the Lismore Area. We aim to improve the health of the people in the Lismore district by working with individuals, families, other service providers and the wider community. Appointments are necessary for most services in Community Health, made either by phone, or in person.
We provide services in Lismore Goonellabah, and Alstonville.

Who can use these services?
Services are available to all people living in the Northern Rivers Area. Referral for services is not necessary.
There is no charge for Community Health Services with the exception of the hiring of some equipment.
