What do we do?
We aim to improve the health of our community by working with individuals, families, other service providers and the wider community. Our health workers cover a large area, travelling to provide outreach services to remote communities.

Who can use these services?
Services are available to all people living in the Northern Rivers Area. Referral for services is not necessary.
There is no charge for Community Health Services with the exception of the hiring of some equipment.
