Community Health services are provided at 30 Community Health Centres which provide primary health care services in a community based setting including:
- child and family,
- aged care assessment,
- mental health,
- drug and alcohol services,
- Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders health,
- dental care,
- women’s health, and
- health promotion.
